Order Processing
- Fast Handling: In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Manufacturer Orders: If an item is not in stock and needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, it typically arrives at our facility within 2–3 business days before being shipped to you. Some items may take up to 5–6 business days, and we’ll ship them immediately once they arrive.
Typical Fulfillment Time: Most orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Ground Shipping: Standard ground delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Overnight and express options are available for an additional fee.
- Oversized Items: Large or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. We’ll contact you for approval before processing these shipments.
- Carrier Options: We partner with multiple carriers to help reduce shipping costs and delivery times for our customers.
- Transit Times: While we strive to deliver quickly, ground and oversized shipment transit times are not guaranteed.
International & Special Orders
- Domestic Shipping Only: AyoParts currently ships within the United States only.
- No COD Orders: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
- Backorders & Discontinued Items: If a part is backordered or discontinued, our team will make every effort to locate a replacement or alternative part as quickly as possible.
Drop Ship Orders
- Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier instead of our warehouse.
- Drop-ship items typically ship within 1–2 business days once availability is confirmed.
- This process allows us to offer a broader selection of parts and competitive pricing for our customers.
