At AyoParts, your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Return Policy

- How to Start a Return: Please contact our customer service team to arrange any return before sending items back.

- Invoice Required: A copy of your original invoice must be included with all returned parts.

- Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- Condition Requirements:

          - Electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstance.

          - Used, installed, or test-fitted parts cannot be returned.

           - All items must be returned in their original packaging.

          - Returned parts must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.

- Inspection & Refusal Rights: We reserve the right to refuse or return any part that has been installed, used, damaged, or does not meet the above criteria.

- Return Window: All return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

- Refunds will be issued up to 30 day after inspection of the returned items.



Cancellation Policy

- Before Shipment: Orders or items may be cancelled at any time before they ship and leave our facility.

- Special Orders: If a cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a 15% return fee may apply.
